Learning And Development Strategy
A world-class learning strategy is about more than just great onboarding or leadership training; it's about seeing the opportunity to improve talent retention by providing growth opportunities. It's about increasing trust and employee engagement through targeted learning interventions. It's about thoughtfully partnering with external vendors to make your job easier.
Learning and Development is not only needed to onboard new hires or to keep your team trained on new systems and processes or develop new and existing senior staff in the skill of leadership.
Planning and developing learning interventions can put a substantial strain on your organization. Not sure where to start? Not sure what you need? Let's talk.
Providing your teams with opportunities to continuously grow and advance can be a key to staff loyalty, increased trust and greater profitability.

Our Methodology
We start with a comprehensive gap analysis and Action Planning exercise, and then work together to identify your key training needs. Part of this process includes identifying where a job aid or environmental change might be more efficient than training (and save you money!).
Then we look at options for how to best provide the training. This might include curating content, accessing asset libraries, delivering live group programs, or custom designing training solutions to suit your needs.
Following a thorough Gap Analysis and Action Planning exercise, we help you identify training needs. We will also identify where less expensive environmental changes or development of job aids can do the trick for you.
We work with your internal stakeholders, including training teams, human resources, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to find and deliver the best solutions that meet your budget and timeline.
Experience has shown that hiring external help can deliver projects faster and more effectively. As an external consultant we are removed from your day-to-day business activities and focus on the business need. This accelerates the process, adds a neutral perspective to the identification of your gaps and provides easily overlooked solutions that can save you time and money.
