Julie is an organizational development consultant and facilitator with over twenty years international experience in leadership development, strategic planning, and transition and change management. She has worked for and consulted with organizations undergoing major change in the private and public sectors in Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Julie partners with clients to provide performance improvement services in the healthcare, education, not for profit, utility, financial services and manufacturing sectors.
She is passionate about assisting people and organizations to achieve standards of excellence, while maintaining their values (and sense of humour!), in a world of change. She has a Masters of Science in Performance Management and Training (Leicester University, England), a Bachelor of Laws (Edinburgh University, Scotland) and Diplomas in Training Management and Human Resource Management (Kingston University, England).
Michelle Precourt is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, Career Coach, and a Mindfulness Facilitator based in Vancouver, Canada. In her private practice Michelle offers mindfulness techniques for better interview performance, employee engagement and workplace success.
Michelle is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, Certificate in Human Resource Management. She successfully completed the Professional Mastery & Assessments Certification program from Consulting Resource Group (CRG), allowing her to administer and interpret a variety of assessments including the Values Preference and Stress Indicator and Health Planner.

Lane Sherman is an author and founder of PeopleStuff, an organizational consulting firm and associate of Petra Mayer & Associates Consulting Inc..
He has a Masters degree in Leadership and Training (MALT) from Royal Roads University (RRU). For over 12 years, he was the “Team Coach” for the RRU MBA and BCom programs (and eventually all of RRU programs).
In that role he built teams (thousands of them), coached students, and helped teams to resolve challenges. Since then Lane has evolved his focus to developing leaders, training programs, and organizational culture.
