About Petra Mayer
Petra seeks out opportunities to work behind the scenes with teams and facilitate the process to generate performance improvement. Herself a lifelong learner, she has developed a passion for learning and development and moved her career towards helping corporate executives, associations and non-profits focusing on learning management systems, curriculum development, and online learning - very often utilizing a virtual environment.
German by birth, Petra leans on her broad experience in Canada, the United States, Germany, and Australia that includes multiple positions in travel, tourism, hospitality, and air transportation. After her Degree in Business at the Munich Hochschule, she completed her MBA at Lancaster University and her Certificate as a Professional Coach at Simon Fraser University.
Petra has extensive experience working with organizations and professionals in their pursuit of creating and delivering engaging training programs. Her company Petra Mayer & Associates Consulting Inc. brings together professionals who want to achieve the best results for their clients while providing engaging and transformational learning interventions, supporting change management processes, and improving internal corporate culture.
Petra has recently made her dream come true and realized a virtual workplace in coastal British Columbia where you can find her exploring the seashore and the forests alike.
